If you need to reset your Rat Certs password, our support desk issues reset tokens manually.

1. Open a ticket on our support portal and choose the account assistance option.
2. Include the email address you used to register and request a password reset token.
3. Watch your inbox for the token, then enter it in the “Reset token” form on the login page.

Our crew will send a reset token as soon as possible so you can get back into the dashboard.
